ROOF HEALTH CHECK

Over the past 3 years Andretti Aerials has become a key asset for a variety of home insurance companies by providing high-resolution images of roofs for inspections and damage claims. We have completed over 2,500 inspections in over 160 cities throughout MA, RI, and CT. While we are NOT roofing experts, we have the experience to know how to first, safely fly roofs (0 incidents) and just as important, how to capture images that are useful and can be run through software that picks up on damage. The software can identify cracks, curling, or missing shingles. It can pick up on granule loss, surface damage, chimney conditions and more. Worried about the flashing around your chimney? It can find issues with that too.

We like to call our service a Roof Health Check because that’s exactly what it is (inspections are for insurance companies). The images we capture along with the AI powered software that we use will tell you what damage exists (if any), what percentage of your roof is impacted, and more. This is useful when planning for a new roof and taking care of issues to prolong the life of your roof. You can use it to show your roofer/contractor, your insurance company or just use it for your own records.

So why not just call a roofer you ask? Our Roof Health Checks are inexpensive compared to hiring a contractor (who will send a subcontractor) to get out a ladder and climb your roof. Another benefit is that our services do not come with a high-pressure sales pitch. We will not scare you into getting your roof replaced before its necessary or spending thousands of dollars on repairs you do not need. We are also much better at responding to requests and getting services scheduled (I’m sure you know what I am talking about).
