Ranging from exposure adjustment and color correction to more advanced techniques like sky replacements and masking, we will make your listing shine!

PRICING & PACKAGES

We offer a variety of different pricing structures and packages to suit your individual needs for your listing. We start out by using the square footage of the home to price the photography, for example:

• 1000 to 2000 sq. ft.

• 2000 to 3000 sq. ft.

• 3000 to 4000 sq. ft.

Next, you decide what type of editing you would like:

• BASIC - using auto-settings which will adjust exposure and correct color

• ADVANCED - basic plus masking for windows so both the interior and the outside are exposed properly

• PREMIUM - basic & advanced plus sky replacements and extra masking as needed to really makes the images pop!

Finally, and most importantly, do you need aerial services?

• Aerial Photo Package

  • Aerials from different heights such as 50’,150’ and 350’ taken at different angles around the property, to highlight the home itself and the neighborhood

• Aerial Video Package

  • We will shoot and edit a 30-60 second video, showcasing the property and the surrounding area
